The lumerevia™ OrbitForm 3D Navigation Controller is a compact computer input device designed for 3D designers, CAD users, architects, engineers, animators, and creators who regularly manipulate objects or viewpoints inside three-dimensional software. Instead of using repeated mouse drags and keyboard combinations to rotate, pan, and zoom a model, OrbitForm places those movements under one hand through a pressure-sensitive multidirectional control cap. The other hand remains free for a conventional mouse, stylus, or keyboard, creating a two-handed workflow specifically suited to spatial navigation rather than general cursor control.

🧭 Six-Direction Spatial Navigation
The central control cap responds to pushing, pulling, tilting, and twisting gestures. Compatible software can translate these movements into pan, zoom, and rotational navigation, allowing users to examine a model from different directions without repeatedly changing tools or holding modifier keys.

🖐️ Pressure-Based Motion Control
OrbitForm is designed around controlled pressure rather than large physical travel. Gentle input produces smaller navigation movements, while a firmer push or twist can move through the scene more quickly, giving the user both broad repositioning and finer visual adjustment from the same control.

🎛️ Programmable Shortcut Ring
Four low-profile shortcut keys surround the navigation cap and can be assigned to frequently used commands such as fit view, perspective switching, component isolation, or another supported software function. Their separated positions make each key identifiable by touch without turning the device into a dense macro keypad.

🔄 Application-Specific Profiles
Control sensitivity, navigation behavior, and shortcut assignments can change between compatible software profiles. A CAD application can use one configuration while 3D modeling or animation software uses another, allowing the same physical device to support different spatial workflows without changing the hardware layout.

🔌 Wireless or USB-C Connection
OrbitForm can operate wirelessly when a cleaner workspace is preferred or connect through USB-C for a direct wired setup. The rear-facing port keeps the cable away from the hand and allows the controller to remain in its natural position beside a keyboard or drawing tablet.

🔘 Dedicated View Reset Control
A separate recessed button returns the compatible workspace to a predefined view or centered orientation. Keeping this command outside the programmable shortcut ring makes it easy to recover from an awkward camera angle without searching through software menus.

OrbitForm uses a low circular body with a gently sloped perimeter that supports the side of the hand while keeping the central control cap elevated beneath the fingertips. The cap has a soft concave top and finely textured side surface for secure twisting without using aggressive grip patterns. A weighted internal base keeps the controller stable during multidirectional pressure, while the outer shell remains smooth and uninterrupted apart from the four shortcut keys and rear USB-C connection. There are no speaker grilles, microphone openings, mesh panels, ventilation arrays, or decorative perforations.

An industrial designer can keep one hand on OrbitForm to rotate and inspect a 3D product model while the other hand selects geometry with a mouse. An architect can pan through a digital building model, zoom into a room, and rotate the viewing angle without repeatedly switching between navigation commands.

lumerevia™ OrbitForm is designed for users who spend significant time navigating three-dimensional digital spaces and want those movements handled through a dedicated physical controller rather than repeated combinations of conventional mouse and keyboard inputs.
